I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Connecticut.

I always seek to meet you where you are with an emphasis on trust, non-judgmental warmth, empathy and humor. I approach my client relationships with authenticity and collaboration.  I take an integrated approach, leveraging a variety of techniques to support you on your therapeutic journey.  I specialize in supporting clients through many of life’s challenges including anxiety and stress, relationship and communication issues, life and career transitions, the grieving process and reproductive health.  In addition, I hold an affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community.  My intention is to work together to foster safe exploration, expression and growth, recognizing the shared humanity in us all.
